Our Policies

NO REFUND NO RETURNS NO EXCHANGES

We take pride in the quality of our products and extensions. Before shipment, we thoroughly inspect each item and take photos to ensure consistency and accuracy. Please understand that we implement these measures to protect our business.



NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES

All sales are final. Due to Covid & hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once products leave our facility. We apologize for any inconvenience.




SHIPPING & PROCESSING

All items ship via USPS, with a shipping & processing time of 3-10 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders placed then will ship the next business day.

During sales (Black Friday, etc.), processing and shipping may take 7-21 business days due to high order volumes.




ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Max’D Out Beauty Bar reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, for any reason. We may also request further verification before accepting an order. If any part of your order is canceled, or if more information is needed, we will notify you.




LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once packages leave our care, Max’D Out Beauty Bar is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage. For assistance, please contact USPS at (800) 275-8777 with your tracking number. All packages are insured by USPS, with additional insurance available at checkout.




TRACKING

A tracking number will be sent via text or email once your order ships. Please ensure your email address is correct, as we cannot resend tracking information.

ALL PACKAGES REQUIRE A SIGNATURE

Please provide a shipping address where you or someone else will be available to sign for the package.




DELAYED PACKAGES

Please review your shipping and billing info carefully to avoid delays. Incorrect addresses may delay your shipment, and we do not refund or discount shipping for delayed packages. We cannot change the shipping address after your order is placed. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs. We are not liable for returned packages due to incorrect address info—ensuring accuracy is the customer’s responsibility.




DELIVERY

We are not responsible for late deliveries for special occasions. Please order in advance to allow enough time. All orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier are considered delivered. Max’d Out Beauty Bar is not liable for non-delivery in these cases.




PATCH TEST

We recommend performing a patch test before using any new product. Apply a small amount to a discreet area of skin and wait 24 hours to check for any adverse reactions. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.



BUSINESS HOURS 

Business hours are Monday - Friday 10am- 7pm

Please note that business days does not include: Saturday, Sunday or Official Holidays.





By purchasing, you agree to these terms: You’ve read and understand the product description. You accept our policies (NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES). Once your order is placed, changes or cancellations (items, address, etc.) aren’t allowed. Max’D Out Beauty Bar may update policies anytime without notice.
